An eight-year-old girl was injured at Frisco’s Freedom Fest on Friday night while zip lining in the Children’s Expo, according to WFAA News. The girl fell from the zip line at about 20 feet from the ground, and was then taken to the nearest fire station by Frisco Fire Department paramedics for an initial evaluation. She was airlifted to a hospital for treatment, but was reportedly in stable condition the following day. The zip line exhibit, operated by Texas Entertainment Group, at the Frisco Square was closed following the incident, which is being investigated.
